Welcome
I practiced yoga for ten years before converting to Pilates six years ago, due to a hip injury. I found Pilates to be so effective and rewarding not only for the injury, but rebalancing for the whole mind & body that I decided to train to instruct. This skill gave me far more knowledge for myself and also the ability to share the skills and benefits of this outstanding form of exercise.
Whilst practicing Pilates under an esteemed teacher I trained to be a level 2 Fitness Instructor in 2015, closely followed by my Level 3 Pilates Matwork Instructor qualification with Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology. I continue with constant skills development keeping myself passionate and up to date.
I run high quality, friendly classes in Sherborne and Yetminster to the background of relaxing classical music. Personal correction and adaptations are always offered. For a more tailored experience I offer a few one to one appointments.
